Wow! This is exactly something that I have been working through since getting married. How do I balance caring for Dale and our home as a ministry with using my full-time job and work at church as ministries too?? I understand that all things on this earth are going to burn or rust or be destroyed with the exeption of those done for the Lord. My busyness should be wrapped up in earning eternal rewards and yet the “demands” of this earthly life pull me in every other directions sometimes. This is one of those things that is a central part of our sanctification and I am so glad to know that I am not alone! =-) Thanks for sharing these great truths and how you are grappling them.

Thanks for this post, Sis, because it is a very busy week for me! I love at the end when you say that the only thing worth being busy about is seeking the Lord and his righteousness. All the different efforts of our life must be directed at that goal!
