I have been spending a lot of time in Philippians, which is all about joy, and really all about knowing Jesus Christ. The two are definitely connected. Good to have you return to the blogosphere! I found that when my children were small and the care of them demanded so much of my daily time, it was easy to fall into an almost "auto pilot" way of doing things.
