About the Blakey’s
Welcome to Blakeyblog!
My name is Christa Blakey. This blog is to praise God for his goodness! My husband Bobby is the High School Pastor at Compass Bible Church in Orange County, California. We have a three-year-old son named Tyler and a 8-month-old daughter named Emma. I thoroughly enjoy being a full-time homemaker! Bobby and I met working in the dish room of the cafeteria at The Master’s College, also where I earned a degree in Biblical Counseling. One of our favorite things to do as a family is going to Disneyland together.
One of my passions is to see young people live for God and I have the privilege of partnering with my husband in True North (our high school ministry). My heart is burdened to see young women transformed from the inside out by repenting of their sins and entrusting themselves to God. Expending myself in this ministry has been one of the greatest adventures of my life and I am eagerly anticipating what the Lord will continue to do!
